By accessing or using AI BPO services provided by Om Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
AI BPO provides AI-powered business process automation services, including AI agents that can communicate with stakeholders, process documents, integrate with your software stack, execute actions, and automate workflows. Services are provided on a subscription or custom basis as agreed upon.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our AI BPO platform for your internal business purposes. You may not:

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
Fees for services will be specified in your subscription plan or custom agreement. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
All content, features, functionality, technology, and AI models of our services are owned by Om Labs and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content provided to the platform.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that AI agents will be error-free or produce specific results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OM LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Om Labs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
